Throughout 2011, Emerald Software will be seeking .Net code jocks, both to support ongoing product development, as well as to support our client services and consulting activity. We develop almost exclusively in C# and T-SQL, so we definitely need to hear about your experience with these platforms, but we like to hear about your other experience, too. And if you have experience with the SQL Server utility stack (SSIS, SSRS, Analysis Services, Service Broker, etc.) we want to hear about those as well.

Entry Level Helpdesk Technician
Emerald Software is seeking 1 entry-level help desk technician. In this position, you will support our clients and partners by responding to phone and web help requests, providing basic and mid-level product and platform assistance, and ensuring all requests are addressed in a timely fashion. As you will be front line interaction with our clients and partners, a high level of professionalism and communication skills is required. This position will offer significant growth opportunity into consulting and network operations. A new BS degree in MIS or a similar discipline is highly desired, but some experience will be considered. A passion and interest in learning is a fundamental requirement.
