The Onboarding process begins with extending an offer to a candidate. An email (sometimes containing the offer letter) is prepared by the system and sent to the candidate with instructions and often a link to access the onboarding system. The candidate accesses the system, following their logon instructions, and proceeds through an intuitive, wizard-style interface that prompts them for information the company needs to convert the candidate into an employee. The data can be styled and branded to meet customer requirements, and panels can be infused and embellished with company information and company culture (our system has actually been described as "fun", but we wonder about such people).

The most important feature regarding AllegroHR Suite's onboarding process is the enforcement of business rules. As the candidate moves Onboarding screen sample showing federal w4 entrythrough the onboarding wizard, required data fields can't be left blank, formats of fields can't be ignored, and business rules are consistently enforced (for example, if a candidate indicates they are federal-withholding exempt, they are not allowed to also enter a number of exemptions). Put quite simply, they are not allowed to make a mistake, and at the end of the process, you have collected a perfect data package.

Next, the perfect data package is used to generate a perfect set of forms. No incomplete data. No missing forms. All acknowledgements signed, all rules regarding the forms have been enforced. The candidate is given the opportunity to review all of their forms, save or print them, and then they may select and sign forms. They are given a final opportunity to review the forms with their signatures applied (a very important requirement of the Electronic Signature Act, by the way - a requirement that is sometimes ignored by other vendors) and finally submit the forms. The candidate has become a full fledged employee. From here the data and forms can be routed through processes and can flow into backend systems, such as HRMS, learning management, payroll, or even operational systems. Your integration options are only limited by your imagination.
